​This Program is designed for project leaders and team members who will be responsible for identifying, planning, and addressing project risks. It covers techniques to identify, analyze, plan, and manage project-related risks. The participants shall learn the difference between real project risks and project areas that require more research. Exercises and case studies are used to reinforce the information covered. Team assignments confirm the students’ understanding of the principles covered and their ability to apply the techniques demonstrated.



​The program targets executives who have solid knowledge of project management and are interested in learning the use of Microsoft Project to manage resources and costs both on individual projects and across multiple, independent projects that draw from a shared resource pool. Multiple techniques for resolving resource overloads are presented including resource leveling. Also, earned value analysis using Microsoft Project shall be presented.



​​The program targets executives who have solid knowledge of project management and are interested in learning the use of Microsoft Project to plan and control complex projects that incorporate multiple phases and advanced precedence relationships and involve typical update challenges including activities performed out-of-sequence and schedule slippage. The use of intermediate milestones (Slack Gates) is demonstrated as a control mechanism for preserving slack in the later stages of the project plan & the use of a project dashboard, schedule metrics and variance analysis are illustrated to support the project governance process. Finally, the course gives examples of the format and use of typical project control reports including project status memos, supervisor metrics, and near-critical activity reports.



​This program targets executives who have adequate knowledge of project management practice and require proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project software to successfully plan and control their projects. The program is designed to be a follow-on to our program, ‘The Art of Project Management’ . Both programs incorporate the same case studies and follow a similar progression of subject matter.



​This program targets executives who have never undergone formal training in project management and thus require a basic understanding of the structured approach to project management developed by PMI, USA. The program content shall enable executives to undertake any of the roles required to manage successful projects. It provides a comprehensive introduction to PMI’s proven, world-class project management methodology, principles, processes and tools & techniques.
